Triple Thick Brownies
-2 Pouches of Ghiradelli ® Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix
-2/3 Cup Water
-2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
-2 Eggs
-1 Cup chopped walnuts
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2. Prepare 13” x 9” baking pan by lightly greasing or spraying with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Blend water, oil and eggs in mixing bowl.
4. Add brownie mix and walnuts and stir until moistened (about 40 strokes).
5. Spoon batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
6. Bake 50-55 Minutes (For glass pan, add 5 minutes to the bake time.) Cool completely in pan before cutting. Yields 24 brownies.
Nothing is better than hot brownies with vanilla icecream on top!!!
